Application
Ampholyte was used for making polyacrylamide gel during
isoelectric focusing (IEF), in an experimental protocol where
fluorescent dyes like fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) was used to
modify protein probes like bovine serum albumin (BSA) and -lactalbumin,
primarily used in microvascular research.[1]
