Application
Originally developed as a completely defined media formulation
for the culture of primary explants. These media have broad
applicability, particularly for non-transformed cells and are widely
used for vaccine production, primary pancreatic explants, and lens
tissues.
Quantity
Formulated to contain 10.6 grams of powder per liter of medium.
Reconstitution
Supplement with 0.35 g/L sodium bicarbonate.
