  Tiagabine, marketed as the antiepileptic drug Gabitril^®, is used in the treatment of anxiety disorders and neuropathic pain including fibromyalgia. The drug also has been approved by US FDA as an adjunctive treatment for partial seizures in ages 12 and up.
